1. Service Agreement & Authorization
By requesting emergency dispatch or booking an appointment through urbanplumbinggroup.com or our telephone dispatchers, you authorize our plumbing specialists to enter the premises to perform diagnostic evaluations and plumbing services.
2. Transparent Pricing & $0 Trip Charge Policy
All pricing is provided upfront in writing before physical repair commences. When a client approves a repair or installation, the standard dispatch/trip diagnostic fee is waived ($0 Trip Fee). In the event a client declines all repair options after an on-site diagnostic inspection, only the nominal diagnostic travel charge applies.

4. Emergency Response Time
While our network maintains a rapid arrival response time across Florida and major metropolitan USA markets, extreme weather conditions or traffic delays may occasionally extend transit duration. In such circumstances, dispatchers will keep you informed of real-time status.
